Jenny Dolezel is a painter, drawer and printmaker. She has been the recipient of many art awards.

In 2006 she won 1st prize in the Parklane Art Awards and 1st prize in the Team McMillan BMW Bonnet Art Awards. She has also won the following art prizes:

1st prize in the Norsewear Art Award

1st prize in the James Wallace Trust Art Award

1st prize in the Royal Overseas League Overseas Award in London

Significant murals can be seen at the Aotea Arts Centre and Sky City, the Boathouse on Blackwattle Bay, Sydney NSW.

Dolezel has taken part in artist-in-residence programmes at Rita Angus Cottage in Wellington, Fresno Art Museum, California, USA and Goethe Institute Scholarship in Berlin.
