In this specially commissioned work for the Icons of Auckland exhibition Graham Kirk places the Dynamic Duo of Batman and Robin in the lush surroundings of Parnell's Rose Garden Walkway. On the leafy slopes descending to Judges Bay the two superheroes pause to compare notes whilst looking surprisingly at home beneath the canopy of bush and sprawling Pohutukawa Trees.
