Viewing has commenced for Important, Early & Rare to be held Wednesday 10 April at 6:30pm. The 150 lot offering includes a wide range of material, 19th & 20th Century New Zealand Paintings, together with a selection of Foreign pictures.

This particular catalogue has a focus on mid-range works and there are some exceptional examples by John Gully, Evelyn Page and Edward Fristrom, Margaret Stoddart and Peter McIntyre. There are rare pieces including two Robert Nettleton Field, three works by Felix Kelly, Douglas MacDiarmid and Buck Nin,

There are three works by the late Ralph Hotere on offer, a fine Frances Hodgkins watercolour and several works by S L Thompson. Something for everyone.

It's such a diverse offering that viewing is an absolute must, drop in for a coffee, be inspired and enjoy this very fine offering. We are open all weekend 11:00am - 4:00pm Saturday 6 and Sunday 7 April and again Monday & Tuesday before the auction.
